Former Maryland Army national guardsman arrested in alleged ISIS-inspired plot

Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, 19, was arrested for allegedly plotting to carry out an ISIS-inspired mass attack on a military facility near Detroit, according to newly unsealed court records.
