Wolfgang Puck reveals menu for 32nd Oscars Governors Ball after-party, plus favorite new dishes

WATCH: Gearing up for 'Golden' Oscars

From his famed smoked salmon Oscar to Wagyu steak frites, sushi, In-N-Out-style sliders, and wood fired pizzas, chef Wolfgang Puck will pull out all the culinary stops for this year's Academy Awards after-party, the iconic Oscars Governors Ball.

Puck joined "Good Morning America" from the Dolby Theatre on Friday morning to share an exclusive first look at the menu for the post-Oscars affair, which he's catered for 32 years and will serve up alongside his son Byron.

"It's always the greatest night in Hollywood for sure. But we always make a great variety of dishes," the elder Puck revealed before showing off this year's menu.

"This year, we're going to have a big izakaya in the dining room," he said. "We're gonna have five sushi chefs."

One of Puck's personal favorites being served at the party is the Viennese fried chicken, which he said comes with "a little creme fraiche and caviar, which is really, really delicious."

For the sweet tooths in attendance, Puck will serve up his mother's apple strudel with caramel sauce, tiramisu, freshly baked Madeleines served warm, and ice cream to order, ranging from pistachio to hazelnut.

"Everybody loves comfort food. When [Oscars attendees] come out of the theater, most of the people didn't eat," Puck said, adding that guests "love the chicken pot pie, the macaroni and cheese, [and the] fish and chips."
