Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. announced a voluntary recall this week of certain Outshine Fruit Bars flavors "due to possible foreign material contamination with glass."
The recall affects a "limited number" of Outshine Fruit Bars flavors, including Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine and Black Cherry, according to a Dreyer's news release.
Impacted products were packaged in boxes containing six 2.5-ounce paddle bars apiece, with batch and UPC codes printed on the bottom of each box, the company said.
The recalled products were distributed to retailers nationwide, Dreyer's said, adding the "no illnesses or injuries have been reported to date."
"The safety, quality, and integrity of our products remain our highest priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this action may cause our consumers and retail customers," the company said in a statement included in the release. "We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality and to earning the trust of our consumers and customers every day."
A full list of affected flavors, batch codes and UPC codes can be found in the company's news release. No other Outshine products are impacted by the recall, Dreyer's said.
