BOWL 1: Quick garlic rice 1 cup white rice 1 tablespoon butter 1 cup water 1 cup chicken broth ( or water ) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Parmesan powder ( optional ) 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro METHOD: Rinse rice in cold water Cook accordingly to package instructions with the seasoning above BOWL 2: Bean salad 1 cup any cooked beans you have on hand 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon chopped pickles 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs ( basil, parsley, cilantro, or dill work well ) METHOD: Make the quick vinaigrette and toss together with the beans.

BOWL 1: Quick garlic rice

Ingredients

1 cup white rice
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
1 cup chicken broth (or water)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Parmesan powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro

Preparation

Rinse rice in cold water.
Cook accordingly to package instructions with the seasoning above.

BOWL 2: Bean salad

Ingredients

1 cup any cooked beans you have on hand
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon chopped pickles
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, or dill work well)

Preparation

Make the quick vinaigrette and toss together with the beans.
