Ingredients

3 ripened bananas
2 eggs
Vegetable or canola oil
1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
Chopped nuts like walnuts, pecans or macadamia nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tblsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Mash bananas with a whisk in a medium bowl and mix in eggs, oil as stated on cake mix package and water as stated on package. Mix in cake mix until combined. Pour in a buttered or non-stick sprayed loaf pan.

In a small bowl mix together nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle on top of banana bread and place in oven. Follow the directions on cake mix packaging for bake time.

Alternatively you can make the banana bread in cupcake tins to cut baking time.
