In 2015, Cornell performed on stage for the first time when she joined Chris Cornell for a duet of the Bob Marley track "Redemption Song."

Following the death of her father and his friend Chester Bennington's passing, she performed a cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" alongside OneRepublic on ABC's "Good Morning America."

"It's an honor to perform this for my dad and Chester and to sing for them," Cornell said at the time.

"Chester sang this at Chris' funeral, and this is arguably one of the greatest songs written in the last 50 years," OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, who performed alongside Cornell on "GMA," said of the song "Hallelujah." "It's a very special song to us, and I think to most people and especially to Toni [Cornell] as well."
