There's a whole pride of treats at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park celebrating "The Lion King."
They're almost too cute to eat. Almost. The items debuted last month and will be available through the end of the summer.
Start your day at Tusker House, where, for breakfast only you can get these Simba and Nala Waffles.
At Jiko – The Cooking Place, there's an entire limited-time special “Lion King”-themed prix fixe menu that includes this themed dessert.
The Simba Ice Cream Sandwich is available at Tamu Tamu. It's vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies and decorated with chocolate tail and an image of Simba.
Also available at Tamu Tamu is a new Dole Whope: Simba’s Sunset Dole Whip is made with pineapple Dole Whip topped with red syrup made up of watermelon and coconut.
Over at Anandapur Bus and Trilo-Bites is the Bugs ‘n Grub Waffle Cone. It's chocolate soft-serve ice cream in a green cone with cookies and cream “dirt” crumbles, gummy worms, and a chocolate beetle.
You'll have to keep an eye out and act fast when you see “The Lion King” Novelty Sipper and Popcorn Bucket. It's at various outdoor vending locations throughout the park and available while supplies last.
At Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co., sip on this themed latte art.
This cute cupcake is available at Pizzafari and called the Simba, It's yellow vanilla cupcake filled with white chocolate mousse and topped with buttercream, an edible piece featuring Simba, and a mane of orange and yellow icing.
