What's old can become new again, and that may be the case for skinny eyebrows.
While thicker, bushier, fuller eyebrows have become more popular within the last few years, celebrities such as Bella Hadid are making a strong case for a micro-sized eyebrow that was a hit in the '90s.
In a recent selfie, the model is seen wearing a glossy eyeshadow look, shiny red lipstick and almost pencil-thin brows. Hadid's eyebrows are even thinner now than years past.
Celebrities such as Rihanna have also been photographed wearing the look. For Vogue Italia, the singer and businesswoman was shown with dark micro-eyebrows.
The throwback beauty look has also made its way to TikTok where many users are giving their take on it.
"I'm going to start a petition to bring back skinny eyebrows," Happistarr1 captioned a video of herself wearing the look. "I think they're the reason why the girlies were so fine in the 2000s," she added.

Another makeup artist who goes by Aoifeccullen showed how she grooms her skinny brows. She uses Tweezerman tweezers to pluck random hairs.
To style her brows, she uses an angled nail art brush to apply black eyeshadow to fill in the tails of her eyebrows. To finish, she applied a little concealer under each for more definition.
