Rebecca Minkoff has created an OnlyFans account just in time for New York Fashion Week.
The American designer is the first to use the buzzy U.K.-based content subscription service where creators can earn money from subscribers.
While the service is known for more X-rated content, Minkoff's subscription is free and will be used to share behind-the-scenes material from her latest collection.
Additionally, she will be sharing detailed insight into her entrepreneurial journey as a female founder in the fashion industry.
"I have always found it integral to know my customer and foster that relationship," Minkoff said in a statement regarding her latest endeavor. "I get asked similar questions about business and my career regularly, so it's valuable to have a platform to share learnings and interact with my community."
So far, Minkoff has 14 OnlyFans posts that include a mashup of videos and photos capturing everything from behind-the-scenes beauty moments to videos walking through the spring 2021 collection.
"It's brilliant to hear how Rebecca plans to use the social platform to share her learnings as an accomplished fashion designer and business owner," OnlyFans founder and CEO Tim Stokely said in a statement.
The Fashion Week veteran debuted her virtual show on Tuesday, featuring a rich mix of flowy, floral dresses, animal prints and lots of matching face masks.
