Get Lady Gaga's Oscar beauty look with $26 mascara and $9 nail polish

Lady Gaga's 2019 Oscars look was one of the most talked about of the night -- and for good reason!

The singer and actress channeled the aesthetic of Audrey Hepburn's iconic "Breakfast at Tiffany's" photoshoot wearing a stunning 128.54 carat Tiffany & Co. diamond from the 182-year-old jeweler.

"Her makeup was all about being soft, fresh and young," Lady Gaga's makeup artist for the night, Sarah Tanno, said in a press release. "We didn’t want anything to distract from this special moment.”

On her eyes, Tanno used Marc Jacobs Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow in Steel(etto), and tightly lined Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Steel(etto) to give it a sultry soft grey matte shade. To finish, she used eyelash primer and followed by applying a $26 volumizing mascara.

Her Hepburn-inspired hair

For the "A Star is Born" star's hair, hairstylist and wigmaker Frederic Aspiras styled her platinum blonde strands into a sculpted updo with a few tucked loops at the top of her crown and a neatly tucked french roll in the back.

GAGA x FREDERIC ASPIRAS HAIR Oscars Hair step by step: Prep hair with Joico Defy Damage Protective Shampoo followed by Joico Defy Damage Protective Masque for 5 minutes. Towel dry. Apply 2 -3 pumps of Joico Defy Damage Protective Shield and comb through using GHD wide tooth comb. Apply 1-2 pumps of Joico Blonde LIFE Brilliant Glow Brightening Oil to damp hair create super shine and softness. Comb through and GHD paddle brush. The deets on Gaga's brand new $9 Essie nail polish

Aside from Lady Gaga's statement-making necklace, fresh makeup, and timeless 'do, who knew she debuted a brand new nail polish? It's true! Popular nail brand Essie debuted a polish called "Stirring Secrets" that will be a part of the brand's upcoming spring 2019 collection.
