Keke Palmer brought elegance and edge to the 2025 Met Gala, arriving in a striking custom Vera Wang look that blended classic glamour with sharp tailoring.

The "One of Them Days" star walked the Metropolitan Museum of Art steps in a flowing white halter gown with a dramatic train, but with a surprise reveal.

The front of the dress opened to showcase a sleek pair of black pants, giving her look a structured, androgynous flair.

She paired the ensemble with black peep-toe heels, soft glam makeup and a feathered headpiece that nodded to vintage showgirl style.

Speaking to Vogue red carpet host La La Anthony, Palmer said her look was inspired by legendary entertainer Dorothy Dandridge, and described it as "a little masculine with a feminine tribute."

"I wanted to inhabit the tailoring but also the history of Black culture," she said.

"That's why I wanted to take the inspiration of Dorothy Dandridge -- all the doors she opened for us with fashion and beauty."

The Vera Wang official Instagram account later shared a photo of Palmer's look, detailing the design as a "light ivory Italian featherweight silk faille bodice with a tailored lapel, neckline and bubble hemmed overskirt embellished in dripping glass light ivory pearls and Swarovski crystals," worn over black Italian silk wool tuxedo pants.

The custom ensemble was styled by Molly Dickson and Sergio Hudson.
