How to get Angelina Jolie's 'Maleficent' beauty look for Halloween

Disney's "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" debuts Oct. 18, and lead actress Angelina Jolie has been dropping lots of teasers.

With Halloween quickly approaching, a behind-the-scenes look at how her character's wickedly beautiful look comes together feels right on time.

MAC's Senior Manager of Makeup Artistry Regan Rabanal played a key role in creating bringing Jolie's character alive.

On Twitter, a black-and-white sped-up video was posted with a caption that included "She’s back in black! Go behind the horns as Angelina Jolie transforms into 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.'"

Key steps:

Lips

For Jolie's lip, he used Russian Red lipstick with a layer of Lipglass in clear on top.

Eyes

Her eyes were played up with eyeshadows Print (a muted grey with shimmer) and Scene (a muted blue-grey). To add more drama, In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Mascara, and 36 Lash eyelashes were used to giva a full, winged-looking effect.

Cheeks

Cheeks were set with Powder Blush in Blunt.
