Creating an online store that shipped cookies nationwide offered the perfect alternative, and their treats quickly became a source of comfort and joy for folks during uncertain times.

The company is named for the couple's daughter Isabella, aka Bell, whose kind spirit and infectious joy inspire the way they create their delightful desserts. Bell plays a vital role in maintaining the business, the couple said, from tasting new recipes to handing out cookies in the community.
