"Varsity jackets are back and just in time! The perfect fall transition jacket, we chose this one for its wardrobe versatility, great price point, and overwhelmingly positive reviews," Bergamotto explains. "Plus, the faux leather sleeve makes it look more expensive than its under-$100 price tag."
"According to Google, cardigans are the top trending article of clothing searched with fall outfits," Bergamotto explains.
This particular Quince cardigan has a near-perfect rating and over 1,600 reviews. It's knit with baby alpaca wool, extra-fine merino wool and nylon, according to Quince's website, and can be styled on its own or as a layering piece. Shop it in any of its seven colors, from ivory to sage, charcoal and black.
Plus, the cardigan is budget-friendly: Bergamotto notes that it's "about 50-80% less than similar items on the market -- money-saving quality that Quince is beloved for."
"Corduroys are a fall-fashion mainstay, but how do you get the cozy, durable fabric to look chic? You buy this pair from the Gap!" Bergamotto says.
These have a slim fit with a mini bootcut leg and can be styled with your closet favorites. "THE pants for fall!" Bergamotto adds.
Last year's loafer trend is here to stay, and Bergamotto says this chunky Sam Edelman pair is a "closet essential." Shop these bestsellers in four shades, including this two-tone black and brown version.
"Were partial to these because you can wear them with so many styles -- jeans, skirts and dresses," Bergamotto says. "Plus, the two-tone black and brown makes them a workhorse with virtually every color!"
Red is this season's "it" color -- and it's the most searched purse color this month, according to Google.
"Opting for an accessory in that hue is a great way to play with the trend without full commitment. We were all obsessed with this shape-shifting Frankie clutch from Anthropologie. It's sizable -- so you can actually fit your essentials! -- but doubles as a shoulder bag with two different straps: a gold chain or a leather option," Bergamotto says.
"We wish this polished peacoat came in adult sizes!" Bergamotto says. It's made from a wool blend with organic cotton lining by a mom-founded brand.
She adds, "This cute coat is unisex (perfect for passing down to siblings) and even has pockets with buttons -- ideal for little hands!"
