Police and EMTs respond to a 911 call at a residence in Ivins, Utah

Emergency responders tended to Ruby Franke’s young child R, who escaped from Jodi Hildebrandt’s home. He was found with duct tape and saran wrap wrapped around his ankles and wrists.
