Directions

Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken, making sure to reserve 1/4 cup for basting later.

Marinade the chicken for an hour, up to overnight, and when ready grill over high direct heat.

Flip it every 2 minutes so it doesn’t burn and start to baste with the reserved marinade. Cook until the thighs reach an internal temp of 175 degrees, serve with grilled pineapple slices and enjoy!
