Jamie Heiman, meanwhile, said the invitation was indeed a surprise, one delivered as she was busy preparing some seed pods for her garden.

"I just kind of froze for a minute, and I'm thinking, 'Did I just hear what I thought I heard?' And so I took my glasses off my head and threw them down and looked at her, and I said, 'Are you serious?' And then I just kind of freaked out. It was the best surprise ever," the mom of four and grandmother of nine recalled.

"Once I looked over at her and saw her face, I was like, 'Absolutely, yes.' It was like, my dream come true," she added.

"I labored for 47 hours and pushed for four hours. It was long and exhausting, but we did it so everybody's safe and healthy," the mom of one said.

"They were cheering me on from the beginning, which I needed. I didn't know I needed it, but I think it really helped me pull through with all those hours of laboring," she added.
