Olympian Michael Phelps is a proud dad of four sons.
In August, Phelps and his wife Nicole Phelps took their youngest son to the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
In an Instagram post, the 23-time Olympic gold medalist shared a carousel of photos of himself with his wife and their son Nico from their outings in Paris.
One photo shows the couple smiling while Nicole Phelps is holding Nico in her arms as he wears a tiny red beret.
Another photo shows the family posing for the camera together with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
"Baby's first rave," Michael Phelps captioned the photos.
In addition to Nico, the couple, who wed in 2016, are also parents to three older sons: Boomer, Beckett and Maverick.
Michael Phelps told People magazine in 2021 that he especially treasures dinnertime with his family.
"As a kid, I always wanted to have dinner as a family but with my parents separated, that didn't happen often," he said. "I love how we have dinner every night together at the same exact time."
As a parent, he also shared that he tries to help his sons learn how to communicate their feelings.
"They talk about their emotions," Michael Phelps told the outlet. "It gives me a lot of hope. I just want them to be as prepared as they can be."
