Kelly Preston's daughter Ella paid tribute to her late mother in an emotional post after the news of her death was announced late Sunday.
Preston died at the age of 57 after battling breast cancer for two years, her husband John Travolta revealed in a social media post.
In Ella Travolta's post remembering her mother, she described Preston as "courageous, strong, beautiful and loving."

"Thank you for being there for me no matter what," she continued. "Thank you for your love. Thank you for your help and thank you for making this world a better place."
"You have made life so beautiful and I know you will continue to do so always," she added. "I love you so much mama."
Ella Travolta, 20, shared another post showcasing their close relationship on Mother's Day earlier this year.
In it, she described Preston as, "beautiful inside and out, hard working and the most amazing mother and wife."
In John Travolta's post remembering his late wife, he described her long-fought battle with breast cancer and thanked those who helped their family throughout it.
"She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many," he detailed. "My family and I will forever be grateful to her doctors and nurses at MD Anderson Cancer Center, all the medical centers that have helped, as well as her many friends and loved ones who have been by her side."
He also announced he is stepping away from the public eye to grieve. "I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don’t hear from us for a while," he wrote.
Along with Ella Travolta, Preston also leaves behind a 9-year-old son, Benjamin Travolta. Her son Jett died in 2009 at the age of 16 after suffering a seizure.
