I try to remind myself that I can’t be perfect. I can’t be everything for everyone. I just have to do my best and take it one hour at a time. "Thankfully, this little guy is worth every second of struggle," she added. "Mamas out there - tell me I’m not alone??"

She received an outpouring of support from women who could relate to her struggle, including many famous friends.

"I gave myself two days off in the first week so I wouldn’t be scared and sad every time she woke up to feed. And it helped so much. No guilt," actress Amanda Seyfried commented. "Just pump and bottle. And then did both throughout. Less pressure. You’re not alone."

"Hang in there mama! The hardest and most rewarding job," actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler added. "And don’t forget those hormones are playing with your heart and head. You are not alone. It’s part of this wonderful difficult process. Sending you all the love."

"Totally not alone! Totally normal to feel this way. Sending love," supermodel Miranda Kerr wrote on the post.

This little guy must have heard my prayers because he slept like a champ last night and had a great feed this morning. I’m so glad I kept trying and I’ll re-read your comments every time I’m feeling down. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

She told Mini magazine recently that she experienced mixed emotions after finding out she was pregnant five months after her miscarriage in 2018.

"I do remember feeling a lot of anxiety once the initial excitement wore off," she told the outlet. "Because of the miscarriage, I didn't want to get my hopes up. It was quite difficult to connect with the baby and I was on edge for most of the first trimester."

After she and her husband, Andrew Joblon, found out the baby was genetically healthy, she said, "I allowed myself to relax a little, but it was certainly a different experience than the first time."

Holt appears to be blissfully happy now, recently posting, "Everything they say is true. There is no love like it," with a photo of her newborn.
