Camila Cabello is taking on a role unlike anything she has done before.
The 22-year-old "Havana" singer will star in writer-director Kay Cannon’s upcoming adaptation of the classic film "Cinderella," "Good Morning America" has confirmed.
James Corden and Leo Pearlman will produce the Sony Pictures film through their Fulwell73 production company. The new version of the classic reportedly stemmed from an original idea from Corden.
Cannon tweeted, "Havana-ya-ya-ya-yay!!!! @Camila_Cabello @JKCorden #femalefilmaker #director #writer."
