Ingredients:
8 oz of oat or soy milk
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup mango
3/4 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek frozen yogurt
2 teaspoons of honey
Ice (1 cup or as needed for consistency)
Directions:
Blend ingredients together until thick consistency.
