"Revenge Body" celebrity trainer and Master Trainer Ashley Borden, with over 40,000 hours of personal training experience, took ABC News London's Maggie Rulli through a 30-minute dynamic workout programmed to make one sweat from head to toe!

Variis by Equinox: 20-minute full-body workout

Group Fitness instructor Chris Vo, of Equinox, took ABC News' James Longman through a workout program made for anyone, anywhere. Variis by Equinox is a fitness app streaming workouts from brands including Equinox, SoulCycle, Precision Run and PURE Yoga. It's available for Equinox members and for those who have a Soul Cycle at-home bike. The company is also offering free classes on its Instagram account.

Fitness and nutrition expert Autumn Calabrese has helped millions of people start their fitness journey, lose weight and keep it off. Autumn just launched her first podcast with PodcastOne called "Let's Do Life with Autumn Calabrese" where she discusses fitness and food. She took ABC News' Ginger Zee through a calorie-burning cardio program that anyone can do no matter what their fitness level is.
