WATCH: Citizens from 84 countries urge people to stay home in 75 different languages

A "stay home" message is even more powerful when it's being delivered by a person who spends their life traveling.

Jessica Nobango is the fist black woman to have traveled to every country in the world. Nobango, with the help of friends from 84 countries, is delivering a "stay home" message in 75 languages.

"The world is our neighborhood and now more than ever we are seeing exactly how connected we are," Nobango told "Good Morning America." "We are all global citizens and never has this been more apparent than it is today."

We are all in this together and now more than ever we see exactly how connected we are. I created this video to show just that. No matter where you are, your age or language, the message is the same, STAY HOME! COVID 19 is in nearly every country in the world and as of today confirmed cases globally have surpassed one million. The only way to stop this spread is for those who can to STAY HOME. Many people do not have the privilege of staying home. That includes the most vulnerable of our society who make money daily, it includes our healthcare professionals working to save lives who are mentally and physically exhausted, but still going to work everyday, grocery store clerks and delivery drivers who sacrifice their health for the good of the whole and to support their families. For those that must leave your homes please practice social distancing to the extent possible. Make sure that you’re constantly washing your hands, using hand sanitizer and if able, wearing a mask. Many of the world’s poor live in tight spaces with many people, if you live near these communities please help to supply them with masks, gloves, soap, water and sanitizer so that they too can survive this. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. Staying home requires immense sacrifice for all of us. It means not getting to visit your mother who may only live 20 minutes away, missing the first months of your niece’s life, a birthday celebration at home, alone, learning how to homeschool. But in that physical sacrifice may we find joy. Joy in video chats with friends who you never have time to talk to, happy hour with colleagues from the job before last, Singalongs with nieces and nephews, a chance to send the funniest memes ever created, a chance to get to know yourself, your spouse and your children better, a chance to read that pile of books, clean the house, purge, sit in the grass for hours on end. I beg you to find joy in something small every single day. I love you. I am sending love and light to you. Let us love each other. #catchmeathome Edit: @rosapukkala Coordination: @simpluence

"Through my journey to visit every country in the world, I have learned first hand that most people are good, we are more similar than we are different and that we are truly connected, no matter where we are on the planet," Nabongo said.
