Capris -- yes, the pants you may have shelved back in 2010 -- are back.
Over the years, capris have found their way in and out of the fashion cycle, worn by fashion icons such as Audrey Hepburn in films like "Roman Holiday" and "Sabrina." Capris found popularity again in the 2000s, especially low rise styles, and were worn by some of the biggest names in pop culture.
More recently, Jacquemus, Coperni, Chanel and other designers have been showcasing capris as part of their newest collections. Scroll through social media and street style photos and you'll likely see capris making their way onto your feeds, like Hailey Bieber wearing a pair of slim black capris with a trench coat and strappy black kitten heels for a covetable spring look.
Paige DeSorbo, meanwhile, styled her mom's denim capris in a TikTok video that now has more than 1 million views.
"I think it's cute," DeSorbo said in the video. "Get ready for denim capris all summer from me."
To dive into the trend, we caught up with Ellie Delphine, aka SlipIntoStyle on Instagram, to learn her styling tips and hear how even capri-skeptics may want to consider styling them once again.
Delphine, born and raised in the Caribbean, told "Good Morning America" in an email that she began her career in content creation from her studio apartment in Paris. She started with mirror outfit photos and has since amassed more than 233,000 followers.
"I'm a style chameleon, easily switching between colorful feminine outfits and more classic minimal ones," Delphine said.
We spotted Delphine wearing capris last year with thong sandals and a vest top, posted to Instagram with the caption, "Still wearing my capris."
"I love that capris are back in style because to me they really have a vintage 50s Marylin Monroe vibe to them," Delphine told "GMA." "I find them easy to wear, fun and chic."
"I think a lot of women hate capris because they believe they don't have the body shape to pull them off, which of course is not true," Delphine said.
She recommends styling your capris with pieces that make you feel your best. "The key is to feel comfortable in what you wear, always," she said.
For spring, Delphine said she enjoys "styling my capris with a nice formal blazer," like an hourglass blazer or one more structured. "I love the contrast it creates between the formal blazer and more relaxed capris," she said.
In the summer, Delphine said she would wear her capris with a long vest or waistcoat and heeled flip flops.
For those who are skeptical about wearing capris again, Delphine added, "It's all in the styling! Capris are so versatile, [and] they also come in many different lengths -- you can dress them up or down with sneakers or heels, with a blazer or a tank top. Don't be afraid to experiment!"
