Chataigne shared, "Low-impact workouts that focus on total body wellness will continue to be a trend in 2022." She added, "Think pilates and yoga, with a focus on meditation, so you will want clothes that move with you and feel comfortable. Chataigne continued, "Last year, we saw a huge revival of tennis gear. Everyone started playing the social sport, and in 2022 it's only getting bigger. Tennis attire is a trend on and off the court."
Chataigne said, "Ballet classes are not just for the professionals. From IG class, Equinox classes or Barre blend, anyone can now move like a dancer. Don't stress finding a leotard, but try a comfortable set from the Align collection from Lululemon. You can pair it with high-rise shorts, so you can see your body."
Chataigne shared, "Whether you're lifting or hiking, make a statement in a marble swirl set. This vibe is huge for 2022. Old Navy does it right without breaking the bank, and it's accessible for all sizes."
Chataigne said, "Wearable technology will be going a step further in 2022. If you are already addicted to your Apple Watch, look for something to expand into helping you track a bit more of your wellness/lifestyle."
