Suspect arrested after alleged arson at Pennsylvania governor’s house

Authorities charged Cody Balmer, 38, with aggravated arson, attempted murder and terrorism after a fire at Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro's residence in the early hours of Sunday morning.
