Senate reaches deal to vote on government funding, including aid to Ukraine

After Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's address to Congress Wednesday, the Senate reached a deal to vote on a $1.7 trillion government funding bill, including $45 billion in aid to Ukraine.
