California-Style Barbeque Chicken Pizza Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients:
1 large crusty loaf of bread
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded Jarlsberg Cheese, or any other kind of mild nutty cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced and chopped red onions
Extra barbecue sauce in a squeeze bottle
Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a serrated bread knife to cut a cube pattern on top of bread, cutting about 3/4 way down.
In a medium bowl, whisk butter and barbecue sauce together and mix in chicken, cheeses and red onions together. Use your fingers to open each bread crevice and use a spoon to stuff in mixture evenly throughout the bread.
Wrap bread in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet and into the oven. Bake 20 minutes and then uncover and bake for 5-10 minutes until bread is golden brown.
Remove from oven and dress with more barbecue sauce and top with cilantro. Serve warm.

Easy Tennis Ball Cake Pops

Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake Donut Holes Cake pop sticks
White chocolate, melted Granulated sugar
Electric yellow and electric green food coloring
White piping frosting with a thin tip

Instructions:
Dip cake pop stick tips into melted white chocolate and place into each donut hole. Refrigerate until it hardens.
In the meantime, make sugar glaze by placing granulated sugar with equal amounts of electric yellow and green food coloring in a food processor and process until you get a bright powdery sugar. Sift through a fine sieve and keep in a shallow bowl.
Place melted white chocolate in small bowl and mix in equal amounts of both food coloring again. Now dip each donut hole until fully covered and allow excess to drip off. Very carefully roll into sugar until it’s fully covered and it looks like a tennis ball fuzz.
Take your piping bag and frost the tennis ball lines on each donut. Keep upright until it hardens.

3/4 fl oz. Pomegranate juice
3/4 fl. oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 fl. oz simple syrup
1 fl. oz. Cuban rum
3/4 fl. oz. Cointreau
Lime seltzer
Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Directions:
Add plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker and add first five ingredients. Add ice in a glass and pour in drink. Top with seltzer and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds if desired.
Duran's Note: This drink can be made into a “mocktail” without the rum or Cointreau, but it won’t be as good!
