The mountain and volcano shape is finished with whipped cream flowing down the side and malt powder to resemble the ash that destroyed the ancient city of Pompeii in A.D. 79. The base of the dessert uses brownies as boulders and lava-like hot fudge.

Shape into a mountain peak with spades
6 brownie pieces around the peak
2 1/2 pumps of hot fudge
Dusting of malt powder
Top with whipped cream
