Afters Ice Cream has attracted many fans after opening several locations across Southern California. Its most popular item: the milky bun, handmade ice cream sandwiched between two glazed donuts. At Coachella this year, it pulled out all the stops by inventing a new ice cream flavor: Light Show.

6. Massive burritos

Vegans will love this. Alex Vargas and Carol Paniagua of Vegatinos, a food stand that specializes in creating Latin vegan food, have taken classic Mexican dishes and substituted meat with plant-based options. Wouldn’t you want this, too, even if you aren’t vegan?
