The U.S. Open marks the final Grand Slam of the 2024 tennis season, and as defending champions Coco Gauff and Novak Djokovic descend on the iconic grounds of USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center alongside hungry competitors and even hungrier fans, one of the events' mainstay culinary contributors -- chef Josh Capon -- has patrons at home covered for a taste of his delicious dishes inspired by the ones served at the tournament.

Capon joined "Good Morning America" last Tuesday with two recipes inspired by some of the hit menu items: chicken salad BLT sandwiches and chilled shrimp salad rolls.

For any fans catching the action couch-side rather than courtside this year, check out Capon's full recipes to recreate at home below. Plus, for the 21-and-older crowd, check out some refreshing beverage recipes like the Ace Paloma.

Chef Capon's tips:

The rotisserie chicken helps save time for the chicken salad. Remove all the skin, then pull the meat off the bones.
The chicken salad is also served great in lettuce cups with warm crumbled bacon as an appetizer or if you are trying to avoid the carbs.
Make sure your ciabatta rolls are nice and toasted with olive oil or butter, and that your bacon is warm and crispy.
Always season your sliced tomatoes with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

The Golden Set comes with six gluten-free nuggets made with pasture-raised chicken, served with freshly shaved seasonal truffles and a tray of four house dipping sauces: honey mustard, creamy cilantro, dubbed June’s Verde, creamy peppercorn parmesan and classic American BBQ spiked with Korean gochujang.

At $100 the nuggets also come with a Petrossian caviar tin that was made specifically for the Open, and sides of coleslaw and mac-and-cheese.

Other returning celebrity chefs from the Big Apple include Alex Guarnaschelli, Kwame Onwuachi, Ed Brown, David Burke, Pat LaFrieda and Masaharu Morimoto.

In addition to the diverse array of unparalleled food, refreshing drinks such as the Grey Goose Honey Deuce and the Maestro Dobel Ace Paloma are returning for fans to sip responsibly. In addition to Heineken Silver, the brand is also serving its alcohol-free option with Heineken 0.0 available at the Heineken Red Star Patio Café this year.

Another new food and beverage focused hangout at the grounds this year is the Dobel Tequila Club, which offers fans an authentic Mexican hospitality experience with the featured cocktails and a selection of culinary offerings from two Michelin-starred chef and owner of Mexico City's Pujol, Enrique Olvera. The menu features Olvera’s popular Suadero Taco along with other Mexican classics like Shrimp Aguachile.

Lander Otegui, SVP Marketing at Proximo Spirits -- the parent company of Dobel -- said the boom in consumer interest for premium tequila made this match a perfect fit.

"This year at the tournament, we’re bringing the best in Mexican hospitality, cocktails and cuisine with the opening of the Dobel Tequila Club, a new elevated bar and restaurant serving up featured drinks like the Dobel Tequila Ace Paloma, and pairing them with classic Mexican dishes from Chef Enrique Olvera," he said.
