Sandra Bullock is celebrating Mother's Day with a touching tribute to family.
The actress shared a series of nostalgic photos on Instagram Sunday, giving fans a rare look at her children, Louis, 16, and Laila, 11, whom she adopted years apart.
In the post, Bullock honored mothers everywhere while reflecting on the special bond shared through parenthood.
"To all the mamas, No matter how you came to be, Happy Mother's Day," she wrote in the caption. "We are all bound by this honor of a lifetime."
Among the photos was a candid throwback of Bullock holding her children when they were younger.
The trio appeared to be dressed up for Halloween, with Louis wearing a costume cape and hat while Laila sat in Bullock's arms in a bright floral outfit.
Bullock also included meaningful family images featuring her late mother, Helga Meyer, and her sister, Gesine Bullock-Prado.
One picture showed Bullock alongside her mother, while another captured a childhood moment of Meyer with her daughters in the snow.
"Mom and Omi, thank you for teaching me," Bullock added. "We miss you ❤️ Sorry I was such a brat."
The actress has long kept her family life private and seldom posts photos of her children publicly.
Bullock adopted her son Louis in 2010 and welcomed daughter Laila into the family in 2015.
During a 2022 appearance on "Red Table Talk," Bullock reflected on how adoption shaped her journey to parenthood.
"I don't know why that was the only route, but I'm so glad the universe had me wait," she said at the time. "Had me wait even though I was anxious and I was eager -- and it went, 'Nope, you're not going to do it the way you think you're going to do it.'"
