Patriots fan and Seahawks fan expecting 1st baby together on Super Bowl Sunday

WATCH: Super Bowl preview

Two football superfans are looking forward to this weekend, not just because their teams are playing in Super Bowl LX, but also because they're expecting their first baby on Sunday.

Brady Crane told ABC News that if he and his wife Isabella Crane's baby arrives on their due date -- Sunday, when the New England Patriots will face the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl-- it would simply be "perfect."

"We're both such diehard fans. Of course we're going to meet our baby on Sunday. I feel like it's only right," the college football coach said.

Isabella Crane, 30, said she has rooted for her hometown Seattle Seahawks since "before [she] was born."

Meanwhile, Brady Crane, 28, said even though he's also a Seattle native, he has been a New England Patriots fan since he was a toddler.

"My name is Brady, so I was a fan of [former Patriots quarterback] Tom Brady ever since I saw the name on the back of his jersey when I was 2 or 3," Brady Crane explained. "Just saw his jersey, the name Brady on the back of his jersey, and kind of just fell in love with the Patriots."

The married couple said they learned they were expecting last May. They recorded a video in July where they found out their baby's sex and Isabella Crane unwrapped a Seahawks onesie for their little one.

Both mom-to-be and dad-to-be say they hope to welcome a "healthy baby" Sunday but will also try to tune into the big game.

"If she is here before then, you know, we'll take an epic game on Sunday," Isabella Crane said. "But no matter what, just healthy baby."

The expectant parents said they already have several pieces of Seahawks and Patriots gear for baby Crane and have also picked out a few potential names.

"We're going to wait till she is here to decide and let her tell us what her name is," said Isabella Crane.

Time will tell who baby Crane will root for, but both Brady Crane and Isabella Crane said they want their child to know how much they're loved already.

"Whatever team she decides, we're going to support her no matter what. And you know, we're just so excited to meet you," Isabella Crane said.
