Jessica Alba is a Hollywood star and entrepreneur, and a mother of three.
Alba celebrated the 17th birthday of her eldest child, daughter Honor, on June 7, writing on Instagram, "I am absolutely blown away by the incredible person you are becoming. Your grace and compassion are second to none."
In addition to Honor, Alba shares a younger daughter Haven and son Hayes with her estranged husband, Cash Warren, whom she announced her separation from in January 2025, after 16 years of marriage.
In February, they officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and listing their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024.
Both Alba and Warren have requested joint legal and physical custody of their children.
Just three months after filing for divorce, Alba and Warren celebrated Easter together in April with their children, according to photos shared on Instagram.
Months before their separation, in June 2024, Alba was supported by Warren and their two daughters at the red carpet premiere of her film "Trigger Warning" in Los Angeles.
In addition to her career as an actress, Alba also founded a company, The Honest Company, based on her experience as a mom.
When she announced in 2024 she would be stepping down as chief creative officer of The Honest Company, Alba looked back at the process of building it and described it as a "labor of love."
"From the first concept book I pitched to my friends in Mommy and Me class, to ringing the bell at Nasdaq with my family by my side - this journey has been the ride of a lifetime, one that only existed in my wildest dreams," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Opening up about her parenting style to Reveal Magazine in 2020, Alba explained that she doesn't "shy away from setting boundaries and routines."
The actress added that Warren is the more "relaxed" parent of the two, while Warren described Alba as a "loving disciplinarian."
"[The kids] have to make their beds. They have to set the table, clear the table -- those are no-brainers, right?" Alba said at the time. "They participate in taking care of the home and themselves."
Honor was born in Los Angeles on June 7, 2008, the same year her parents tied the knot.
In 2025, Alba penned a heartfelt tribute to Honor to celebrate her 17th birthday.
"You have this rare ability to walk into any room and not only make others feel seen and valued, but also to shine with a warmth and light that is unmistakably yours," Alba wrote on Instagram, in part. "Your intellect, paired with your deep kindness, gives you a unique emotional attunement - that my love is your superpower. It will carry you toward your biggest dreams and help you turn them into reality. Watching you move from childhood, through your teen years, and now into young adulthood has been one of the most beautiful, awe-inspiring exper[i]ences of my life. Haven and Hayesie are truly blessed to have such a dynamic force of nature to look up to."
Two years prior, in 2023, Alba and Honor stepped out at the 2023 French Open in Paris together, enjoying some mother-daughter time.
In 2019, Alba revealed at the HER Conference in Los Angeles that she and Honor go to therapy together.
She said at the time that the experience has helped her "learn to be a better mother to her and communicate better with her."
Born Aug. 13, 2011, Haven is Alba and Warren's second child.
Alba gushed over Haven in a 2022 Instagram post, as her daughter graduated elementary school and headed to middle school.
"Over the last 6 years, you have grown into such a kind, considerate leader that always checks in on those around you," she wrote. "You are a natural shoulder for people to lean on, and give great advice - wise way beyond your years! You are naturally intuitive and intelligent, but I love how much pride you put into your work đź“ť."
"I’m excited for your next chapter ... Nothing is out of your reach as long as you always stay connected to your ♥️," she added.
The actress has also posted moments of her and Haven spending time together in the kitchen on Instagram.
Hayes was born on Dec. 31, 2017, and is Alba and Warren's third child.
The 6-year-old often appears on Alba's social platforms with his mom, hanging out in the kitchen and even dressing up with his parents as vampires for trick-or-treating.
In January, Alba shared photos on Instagram of the whole family celebrating Hayes's birthday at Disneyland, captioning the photos, "Celebrating Hayesie’s birthday with the homies @disneyland!"
