After a difficult year marked by loss, Nick Viall and his wife Natalie Joy are expecting twins.

The duo, who experienced a miscarriage last year, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share that they are welcoming "rainbow babies."

"Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it's TWINS 🌈🌈," the couple captioned their joint post.

They also shared several photos with their daughter River Rose. In the photos, Joy holds a string of sonogram images.

Stars across the "Bachelor" franchise and "Dancing with the Stars" congratulated the couple in the comments, including Peta Murgatroyd, Taylor Frankie Paul, Lauren Luyendyk and more.

Luyendyk, who is married to Arie Luyendyk from season 22 of "The Bachelor" and is a parent of twins, commented, "Ahh I'm so excited for you!!!!!!❤️ welcome to the twin parents club🫶🏼."

In January 2025, Viall and Joy revealed they experienced a miscarriage on Viall's podcast, "The Viall Files."

During the podcast, Joy described the experience as "the biggest heartbreak, I think, of my life."

"I've never experienced something where I feel so empty inside," she added.

Two months later, Joy shared that she suffered another miscarriage

"While mourning the loss of our second baby at the beginning of this year, I quickly and very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant again," she wrote on Instagram in March 2025. "It took some time for me to accept what had happened, only to be handed another chance so easily and so fast. But eventually, I found so much happiness. We were finally in a place of complete and utter gratitude."

Through the heartbreak, Joy said that Viall and their daughter River Rose helped her heal.

"Going back to squeezing my husband and my sweet angel River Rose, who are truly the reason[s] I have survived this time and time," she wrote in her March 2025 Instagram post.

Viall and Joy tied the knot in April 2024. They were first linked in 2020 and met online.
