Eric Stonestreet and Lindsay Schweitzer are married.
The "Modern Family" actor announced the news on Instagram on Tuesday -- his birthday -- saying that he and Schweitzer had tied the knot.
"It's my birthday and guess what I got," he captioned the post.
The post included several photos from the couple's big day, including one with overlaid text that read, "I GOT MARRIED!"
The photos show Stonestreet in a dark suit and blue tie and Schweitzer in a floor-length slip-dress with a sparkling belt, her hair in soft, loose waves.
One of the photos, a candid snap, shows Stonestreet and Schweitzer holding hands and smiling, while another shows the couple embracing on the dance floor.
The post also included several outdoor wedding portraits of the couple.
According to People, Stonestreet met Schweitzer, a pediatric nurse, in 2016 at a charity event in Kansas City, Kansas.
Stonestreet popped the question to Schweitzer in 2021 and shared the news of their engagement on Instagram at the time.
"She's just a good person and a great mom," he told People in 2022.
News of Stonestreet and Schweitzer's marriage was met with congratulatory messages from many, including Stonestreet's "Modern Family" co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who played Mitchell, the husband of Stonestreet's "Modern Family" character, Cam.
"Of all second marriages, this one is my favorite!" Ferguson wrote. "I love you both! I'm so happy for you!!!!😍😍."
Octavia Spencer also commented on the announcement, writing, "Congratulations! So happy for you both."
