Leonardo DiCaprio made his Met Gala debut on Monday night -- behind closed doors.
The actor was photographed at the gala by Vogue, the organizers of the annual affair, walking beside supermodel Vittoria Ceretti while shielding his face from photographers. Vogue reported that it was DiCaprio's first time attending the event.

Vogue described the "Wolf of Wall Street" actor's outfit as a "sleek tuxedo."
DiCaprio was one of several big names to attend this year's Met Gala, a fundraiser benefiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute, which aligns with the opening of its annual fashion exhibition.

The dress code for the event was "Tailored for You," which was "a nod to the exhibition's focus on suiting and menswear, from specific silhouettes to various fabrics and accessories -- that is purposefully designed to both provide guidance and invite creative interpretation," according to a press release.
