Kristen Bell is marking a milestone moment as her eldest daughter, Lincoln, turns 13.
The actor shared a birthday tribute on Instagram on Friday, posting a video montage featuring photos and clips of their family. The video was set to Amos Lee’s “Sweat Pea” and included moments with Bell, her husband Dax Shepard and the couple’s younger daughter, Delta, 11.
In the caption, Bell reflected on her experience as a parent, describing raising her daughter as both “the hardest and best” role she’s taken on. She highlighted Lincoln’s personality, pointing to her sense of humor, compassion and adventurous spirit.
"13 years ago today we had our first baby girl ❤️Getting to know her wit, compassion, and sense of adventure has brought us a kind of joy we didn’t have a word for before we met her," the caption read.
Bell also acknowledged the role of teachers, mentors and loved ones who have helped support her family, thanking what she described as a broader “village” for guiding her as a parent.
"Getting to love this kid is the greatest job on earth. Happy 13th birthday baby girl ❤️," Bell concluded the post.
