Jack Osbourne is honoring his late father Ozzy Osbourne in a special way, seven months after the rock star's death.
The reality TV personality revealed in an Instagram reel and story post Wednesday that he and his wife Aree Osbourne welcomed a baby girl on March 5 and named her Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, after her late grandfather.
Jack Osbourne shared the news alongside a black-and-white photo of his newborn daughter sleeping. Next to her in the image is a sign announcing her name, birth date, birth weight (7 pounds, 12 ounces) and size (19 inches).
Baby Ozzy is the second child for Jack and Aree Osbourne, who are also parents to a daughter named Maple, born in July 2022.
Jack Osbourne also shares three older kids with ex-wife Lisa Stelly. Osbourne and Stelly were married from 2012 until their divorce in 2019.
The Osbourne family have been grieving the loss of Ozzy Osbourne, who was the frontman of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath, since his death in July last year.
Jack Osbourne, his sister Kelly Osbourne, and their mother Sharon Osbourne all reflected on the patriarch's legacy last month at the 2026 Grammys.
"It's a testament to his talent and magic," Jack Osbourne said at the time of his father's impact on the music industry.
"The thing was, people who Ozzy touched, they've all done so well. The magic he would put on to other people, and everyone [he] touched -- Ozzy did well," Sharon Osbourne added.
