International supermodel Irina Shayk is lifting the veil on her extremely private life.
The Russian beauty has made headlines in recent months for her reported split with actor Bradley Cooper, with whom she shares a daughter, Lea De Seine.
Shayk has never commented publicly on her relationship with the actor, and refused to discuss the split reports in BAZAAR.com's new summer digital cover, which she modeled for. However, Shayk did open up about her view on marriage and stereotypes attached to motherhood to the outlet.

She also expanded on the intense interest in her personal life. Her relationship with Cooper has been the source of many tabloid reports and speculation after Cooper's appearance in "A Star Is Born."
“I think it's just human beings: if you cannot have it, you want to have it. There's a curtain there, you want to open the curtain. It's curiosity I guess," she said on interest in her family's life.

"Tell me one reason why, just because you're a mother, you need to wear a longer skirt. No! I don't believe in that. I really don't," she said.
“How is it that people think of this idea? Why should you have to change who you are and how you feel just because you become a mother? I'm like, tell me why," she added. "Tell me one reason! I don't believe in that. I don't understand why."
Shayk also expressed her belief in the strength of women, having been raised by strong female influences, including her mother and two grandmothers.
“Women are the ones who can handle everything,” she said. “Women can raise the kids, women can do the job, and when she's back, she can cook and clean and do the heavy work too!”
