"Good Morning America" is sharing an exclusive first look at Taylor Swift's highly-anticipated, first appearance on the "New Heights" podcast, co-hosted by her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.
"Our guest today is a singer, songwriter and producer and director from ... Reading, Pennsylvania," Jason Kelce says as he introduces the pop superstar.
In the exclusive clip, Travis Kelce introduces Swift by a nickname.
"Tay tay, welcome to 'New Heights,'" the 35-year-old says.
Travis Kelce calls Taylor Swift an athlete, says he's the 'plus-1' in their relationship"Thank you! Thanks for having me on my favorite podcast," Taylor responds. "As we all know, you guys have a lot of male sports fans that listen to your podcast and I think we all know that if there's one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens, it's more of me."
Swift is expected to "unlock" new details of her upcoming 12th studio album, "Life of a Showgirl," on Wednesday's new episode of "New Heights."
The 14-time Grammy winner announced her new album in an Instagram video post early Tuesday at 12:12 a.m. and also teased a preview of her appearance on the “New Heights” podcast.
Ahead of the new podcast episode's release, Travis Kelce also opened up about his relationship with Swift in a GQ cover story, telling the magazine that he admires the hard work Swift puts into her performances.
"She may not think of herself as an athlete. She will never tell anyone that she is an athlete,” the NFL star said. “But I’ve seen what she goes through. I’ve seen the amount of work that she puts on her body, and it’s mind-blowing.”
Travis Kelce also said he and Swift’s relationship unfolded “organically.”
“When there is not a camera on us, we’re just two people that are in love,” he said.
The full episode of the "New Heights" podcast is out Aug. 13 at 7 p.m. ET.
