Gigi Hadid has made things Instagram official with Bradley Cooper in celebration of a major milestone.

On Saturday, the model shared a carousel of photos from her 30th birthday bash, which she celebrated last month.

Gigi Hadid speaks out on relationship with Bradley Cooper: 'I just feel really lucky'

Among the snaps include a sweet moment of Hadid and Cooper kissing in front of a birthday cake.

"I feel so lucky to be 30!" she captioned the post. "I feel so lucky for every high and low- for all the lessons and gifts both have brought me. To get to feel it all! I'm so lucky to be a mom, friend, partner, sister, daughter, colleague to some of the most unbelievable humans!!

She went on to thank her fans for the love and support.

"So lucky for the support and encouragement from all of YOU around the world, every day and on my birthday last week," the caption continued. "I had the best time celebrating, and it's a blessing to feel so loved!! I am grateful and honored to take on a new decade x x G."

The post also included a photo of a cake that read "Happy Birthday Mommy," seemingly a sweet gesture from her daughter, whom she shares with singer Zayn Malik.

Other images offered a behind-the-scenes look at the party, which was attended by stars like Zoë Kravitz, Emily Ratajkowski and Hadid's mom, Yolanda Hadid.

Hadid and Cooper have been spotted together several times over the past year, including at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour stop in Paris, where they were seen dancing alongside Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

In a March interview with Vogue, Hadid opened up about her relationship with Cooper, how they met and why they've chosen to keep things mostly private.

"I think just getting to the point where knowing what you want and deserve in a relationship is essential," she said at the time. "And then to find someone that is in a place in their life where they know what they want and deserve … and you both do work separately to come together and be the best partner that you can be. I just feel really lucky. Yeah, lucky's the word."

She shared that they met at a birthday party for a mutual friend's child, and described their relationship as "very romantic and happy."

As for why they're low-key about it, Hadid explained, "It's just not part of our relationship to share for whatever reason."

Hadid also praised Cooper's support and creativity during the interview.

"I respect him so much as a creative," she said at the time. "I feel that he gives so much to me: encouragement and, just, belief. For those people you admire to encourage you, it can create so much belief in yourself. Like, what's the worst thing if I auditioned for this? You jump and take the leap."

ABC News reached out to representatives for Hadid and Cooper for comment but has not yet received a response.
