A new dating show is making contestants find love -- or walk the plank

Coming to Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ this week is "Love Overboard," a new dating show set on a luxury yacht.

Hosted by "Bachelorette" and "Dancing with the Stars" alum Gabby Windey, the new dating show from Alex Cooper's production company Unwell Productions, Jeff Jenkins Productions in association with 3BMG, and Walt Disney Television Alternative will see "hopeful singles" looking for love.

According to a synopsis for the show, contestants will board a luxury yacht, and in order to gain access to the boat's extravagant amenities, they must earn them.

"As their journey unfolds, romance ignites, alliances form, and hearts are broken," the synopsis adds.

Windey, who stopped by "Good Morning America" on Monday to promote the show, said if contestants are eliminated, they have to walk the plank.

The former Bachelorette spoke about her experience seeing people walk the plank and described it as unique.

"It's hard to explain," she said, adding that the sound was what she remembered the most.

"You just know someone behind you is just pressing a button," she said. "And that's your fate. You just hope to god it's not you."

The contestants for the new show include Leela, Gia, Lexi, Beau, Christine, Bradley, Enna, Bella, Jake, James, Keif, Koray, Lauren, Prasad, Reece, Sofia, Tim, Val, Sade, Delaney, David and Andrew, according to a press release.

"Love Overboard" premieres Thursday, March 26, with all nine episodes on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

The Walt Disney Co. is the parent company of Hulu and ABC.
