"I'd do it tomorrow," she told "Good Morning America" on Friday. "I miss being Gaby Solis, and I think people miss seeing her -- and especially during this day and age, where we just need to laugh sometimes."

Longoria played Gabrielle on the Marc Cherry-created series for all eight seasons. Airing a total of 180 episodes between 2004 and 2012, the series won seven Emmys and numerous other accolades.

The "The Young and the Restless" alum appeared on "GMA" alongside fellow actress America Ferrera to discuss their new digital community for Latinas, called She Se Puede!, launched ahead of Hispanic Heritage Month.

Ferrera, 36, was also asked about the chance we'll ever get a third "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" movie, as the first just turned 15.

The "Ugly Betty" alum joked about the stars -- Alexis Bledel, Blake Lively, Amber Tamblyn and herself -- getting older and teased fans by noting "the possibility is always there, it's still a conversation."

"There's still so much love between us and so much love for the movie," she added.

Longoria chimed in, confirming, "They became sisters, all of them are so close."
