WATCH: Janet Jackson performs at American Music Awards
Many of music's biggest stars attended the 2025 American Music Awards on Monday night in Las Vegas.
The awards show, which was hosted by Jennifer Lopez, celebrated a handful of artists, including Rod Stewart and Janet Jackson.

Jackson, who received the Icon Award, hit the AMA stage for her first television performance in seven years.
Stewart, who also performed his hit song, "Forever Young," received the Lifetime Achievement Award. He was surprised on stage by five of his eight children.

Billie Eilish was the top winner of the night, taking home seven awards, including artist of the year. Eilish, who is currently on tour, accepted the award in a video, which was shown during the show.
"This is so crazy, I feel speechless," she said. "Thank you so much, I love you all so much. I wish I could be there tonight. I'm on tour, getting to see all of you all over the world. Thank you to the AMAs, thank you to the fans, I know you voted for this. This means the world to me. I'm just so lucky to get to do what I do and to do it with you."
