Adam Sandler gushes over daughter Sadie's performance in 'Jay Kelly'

WATCH: Adam Sandler reveals 'Happy Gilmore 2' celebrity cameos

Adam Sandler is a proud dad.

The actor stepped out Tuesday night for the Los Angeles premiere of "Jay Kelly," which he stars in alongside George Clooney. His daughter, Sadie Sandler also appears in the film.

"She's so good in it and I love her," the "Happy Gilmore 2" star said. "Proud of her, she worked hard and never stopped preparing."

The actor, who shares daughters Sadie and Sunny Sandler with wife Jackie Sandler, has regularly made filmmaking a family affair.

All four appeared in "Happy Gilmore 2" together earlier this year and they also all starred in the 2023 Netflix film, "You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah."

They were all smiles Tuesday night at the premiere as they posed for photos on the red carpet.

Adam Sandler's new role in "Jay Kelly," is perhaps one of the actor's most moving roles yet.

In the film, which follows famous movie actor Jay Kelly and his journey of self-discovery, Sandler plays Jay Kelly's devoted manager, Ron Sukenick.

He appears in the trailer traveling to Europe with Clooney (Jay Kelly) and confronting him about their actor-manager relationship over the years.

"Does none of this mean anything to you? Because it means something to me," Adam Sandler says in one clip. "I mean you're Jay Kelly, but I'm Jay Kelly too!"

While Adam Sandler is known for his comedic style, he said stepping into the world of "Jay Kelly" may have been different for him, but there are still moments of levity.

"It's got funny stuff," he said. "Noah (Baumbach) is a funny writer and where it's funny it's a different style of funny than I usually do but I would say it's a really warm, kind of realistic family-style original stuff."

"Jay Kelly" arrives in select theaters on Nov. 14 and will be available to stream on Netflix on Dec. 5.
